Warranty

We offer a 5 year structural warranty for all timber products including tables, storage, chairs and beds. External conditions exceeding the norm can affect furniture pieces, this includes exposure to under floor heating, vents, direct sunlight, wall heaters, fireplaces and excess water or damp. This can cause cracking, bowing, splitting, expansion, shrinkage and colour change, this cannot be warranted. Our finishes are subject to everyday wear and tear and cannot be warranted. This includes scratching and scuffing of oiled surfaces. Please refer to our product care page to keep your furniture looking its best.

All mechanisms including drawer runners and hinges are subject to a 1 year manufacturers warranty.

We believe in taking responsibility for the things we create. When your product comes to the end of its life, we will accept its return to us to be re-purposed or recycled. All returns must be agreed to by Lette and organised in advance. We cannot accept products that have been contaminated, painted or finished with alternative finishes.
